Stage One Transmission Rebuild:  Basic rebuild.  Includes  all OEM parts needed to repair your transmission.  First, we inspect your transmission for shipping damage.  Then we follow with a complete disassembly, inspection of your internal transmission gears, synchros, bearings, and differential , and replace any worn, failing, or failed parts. We include new OEM bearings, seals, and completely clean your existing parts and case.  As part of our repairs, we include a complete list of parts used to properly repair your transmission back to factory style specifications.  Unlike our competition, we use factory OEM parts to ensure tight tolerances instead of the cheapest parts we can source through a local parts house.

Stage Two Transmission Rebuild:  Perhaps the ultimate street/weekend warrior transmission setup available on the market.  PPG Helical/Straight Cut Racing Transmission.   Pfitzner Performance Gearbox pride themselves on their design, research and development of custom built, high performance, close ratio gear sets, to the highest standard. This setup can be purchased with strengthened helical gears or strengthened straight cut gears.   It is a synchronized engagement  set.  While not a solution for a full on competition car, our transmission testing has shown a tremendous ability to withstand abuse both on and off track.  This setup has been proven dependable up to 600whp.

Stage Three Transmission Rebuild:  PPG Dogbox Racing Transmission.   Pfitzner Performance Gearbox pride themselves on their design, research and development of custom built, high performance, close ratio gear sets, to the highest standard.  Crafted out of the highest rockwell billet steel, Pfitzner gearboxes include straight cut gears and shift forks.  Pfitzner uses a unique process to create and forge a strengthened tooth profile and 5 dog gear engagement.   To create a smoother shift, the dogbox includes an interlock kit to keep the dogs from hanging between gears.   We do not recommend the use of this product in a street car.   RECOMENDED FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY! This setup is dependable up to an unlimited amount of horsepower and that has been track proven as UNBREAKABLE.
